Steel shipments are handled in house at the Port of Garston and at the Port of Liverpool where shipments are discharged by the Port Authority together with their specially trained dockside supervisors who have the ability and flexibility to solve potential problems before they happen.

Bulks and Other Cargoes

Frank Armitt and Son provide a wide range of services for bulk minerals, timber and other cargoes. At Garston docks there are modern bulk storage units which are internally separated with minimum 3 metre high concrete bunker walls.
